Sunline Supply’s Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Referral Program (“Program”) has been created to reward you, our loyal Customer (“You” or “Referrer”) as an expression of gratitude and appreciation for recommending us to your peers (“Referred Customer”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to and are bound by the Terms and Conditions and certifies that each referral represents an individual known to them who are located in the United States, and they are authorized to submit each email address of the Referred Customer to Sunline Supply. If you do not wish to agree or abide by the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the Program. This Program is void where prohibited by law.

Who can participate? Any individual over the age of eighteen (18) or a company that refers a potential new customer to Sunline Supply are eligible to participate in the Program. Employees of the Federal government, and any state or local government are not eligible to be a Referrer.

How does the Program work? When Qualified Referrals (as defined below) spend a minimum of $500 (exclusive of taxes and shipping charges) on their first order from Sunline Supply, Referrers may be eligible to earn a $50 credit (in the form of e-commerce coupon code or $50 credit on your next invoice) that can be applied toward their next order of $500 or more. Referrers can earn up to a maximum of $1000 credit per year. Credits are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Taxes related to these credits and offers are the Referrer’s responsibility. All coupons and credits must be redeemed within 24 months of receipt.

What is a Qualified Referral? Referrals will be verified against Sunline Supply’s registration system. A Qualified Referral means any Referred Customers that are not already registered with Sunline Supply. Any accounts that you may have referred prior to the launch of this Program do not quality as a Referral. This Program is intended for individual referrals only. All forms of mass emailing, including and without limitation, group email addresses and email mailing lists are prohibited under the Program.

Sunline Supply reserves the right to disqualify the Referral if it suspects that the Referrals were earned in a fraudulent manner or in a way that violates the Terms. Sunline Supply shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or breach of the Terms and Conditions.

How do you sign up to participate? In order to be eligible for the $50 credit toward your next qualifying order, you must use the referral form to submit the Referral for friends, family and peers to become new customers of Sunline Supply. (This is how we track the Referral.)
How long is the Referral Program valid for? The Program is valid from October 20, 2022, until Sunline Supply, at its discretion, elects to end it.
Modifications. Sunline Supply reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Program at any time without notice to you. Revised terms and conditions shall become effective immediately upon posting.

Privacy Policy. Any data collected for the purposes of this Program will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Sunline Supply’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law. The Terms and Conditions and all matters relating hereto shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of law principles of such State.

Disclaimer. Sunline Supply reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Program should it determine, in its sole discretion, that the administration or fairness of the Program has been compromised in any way. Sunline Supply expressly disclaims all warranties, conditions and terms of any kind, whether express or implied by statute, common law or custom as to Program rewards, products or services pertaining to the Program.

Participants understand and agree that the use of the Program is at their sole risk. The Program is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Under no circumstances will Sunline Supply be liable to you for any indirect, exemplary, special, punitive, incidental or consequential losses or damages that are directly or indirectly related to the Program.

Release from liability and indemnification. By participating this Program, Participants agree to release, Sunline Supply, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and/or death arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Program rewards.

Participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sunline Supply and its representatives and agents, harmless from any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the participant of any of these Program Terms and Conditions or violation by participant of applicable law.
